 Ceil Winters began her recruiting career in 1980 as a generalist and quickly moved into consumer and medical sales and healthcare management.

Ceil has served as President and Vice-President of her local personnel association and has also served on the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) state board.

She has received awards for "top sales recruiter" with both NPA and First Interview.

She opened Winters Professional Recruiting in San Antonio, Texas in 1983 and has enjoyed her career as a national recruiter.

Cheryl Johnson

Cheryl Johnson began her career in 1968 with Dunhill of Houston, a national recruiting firm. She won numerous first place awards for top sales recruiter in the United States during her tenure with Dunhill.

Cheryl started Johnson Consultants in 1976 and has continued her successful career in medical recruiting and healthcare management.

Cheryl has placed candidates that have become company Presidents and Vice-Presidents, District and Regional Sales Managers.
